We believe exercise and health are fun and important. With a wellness contribution of SEK 3,000, we want to support your practice of your favourite activity. We also have an in-house gym at our headquarters in Stockholm that you can use, completely free of charge!

Benefit portal Benify
We are connected to Benify, which means you have access to tons of benefits and discounts. For example, you can apply for a gross deduction for IVF treatment and Lasik surgery. Via Benify, you can also see how much your total compensation is when you work at Clear Channel – because of course, it’s more than just your pay.

Occupational pension, parental pay and insurance
We offer occupational pension payments according to the ITP agreement and via Benify, you also have access to the electronic advisory service Lifeplan. We offer parental pay for employees on parental leave and as an employee, of course you are insured.

Collective agreement
A collective agreement has significant benefits for you as an employee. The collective agreement gives you access to even more benefits at work and greater influence over your work situation. We think this is important and have therefore signed a collective agreement with Unionen and Almega.

Vacation, reduction of work hours and days off
If your work is goal-oriented, with overtime compensation included in your pay, then you have 30 days of vacation. However, if your position does not include overtime, you have 25 days of vacation (for example, as a distribution employee). In addition to vacation, after 1 year of employment we offer two days of reduced work hours. We also have several additional days per year during which the office is closed in conjunction with major holidays.
